Berlin, This Place is Simply the Best of Berlin 🌟👌

Vietnamese restaurants in Berlin have truly reached the Next Level, absolutely the pride of Berlin, with exceptional culinary skills. However, Japanese and Korean cuisines in the city, even the renowned Shiori, are not quite up to par. The appetizers, main courses, and beverages here are all so delicious!! 😋🍽️ Boiled Pork Belly (6.5€) is a super classic Vietnamese flavor, with slices of boiled meat wrapped in onion shreds and dipped in a slightly spicy and sour sauce with a hint of fish sauce, it's incredibly surprising and delicious. We were so impressed, we ordered another serving later. Braised Pork Belly (7.5€) is also tasty, but not as astonishing as the boiled version. The pork belly is braised to the point of being incredibly tender and melting in your mouth, not greasy at all. The accompanying egg is deep-fried, similar to our tiger stripe eggs. Beef Tartare (19€) has a flavor distinct from Western-style tartare, with a slight Vietnamese twist, incredibly refreshing and tender in the mouth, with excellent quality beef, it's one of my favorites. 🥩❤️ Fried Tofu (6.5€) is just as you'd expect, crispy as it should be, with a sauce that's slightly salty. Chicken PHO (19€) You absolutely must order it. The broth is made with chicken stock, incredibly clear and delicious. The quality of the chicken is outstanding, with the PHO including chicken breast, heart, and gizzard. The chicken breast is not at all dry or tough, incredibly tender, you'd hardly believe it's chicken breast, and the skin is crispy, tender, and smooth, very similar to Hainanese chicken!!! Beef PHO (19€) includes two cuts of beef and beef meatballs, with excellent quality beef as well. However, I was so focused on my chicken PHO that I didn't get to taste much of it, but my husband said it was very delicious and finished it all. This place comes highly recommended, with a satisfying meal for around 50€ per person. The ambiance is great, the service is efficient, and it's always busy, even at 9 pm.
