After trying Balkan snacks in Hamburg, I finally got the chance to visit this internet-famous spot in Berlin. Itâs soft yet chewy, and the more you chew, the more flavorful it getsâcompletely winning over this carb lover. đ„â€ïž ăPljeskavicaă The meat patty comes in two versions: with or without cheese. I opted for the cheese-free one to keep the calories in check. The crust had a perfect Maillard reaction, and it was served with the same Lepinja flatbread.
