Berlin | Head to Mitte for Steak 🎤

Grill Royal, located on the banks of the Spree, is my favorite steakhouse in Berlin. Every dish meets its expected standard 🤌🏻. It's also one of the venues where Berlin's celebrities gather. This time, we bumped into host Jakob Lundt sitting behind us. My boyfriend said their table opened several bottles of champagne 🤣. Red prawns 🦐 are a must-order! ‼️ How do they manage to have a exterior while the shrimp meat remains crystal clear and medium-rare? Fresh deep-sea red prawns as the main ingredient, with butter, garlic, and rosemary as seasonings. The texture is more springy than the tender river shrimp, and we order a pound at a time 🫢. 🦪 Even though they're size 3, they're still very plump (maybe due to the season), larger than some restaurants' size 2. 🥩 If you want to eat your fill as a couple, you can order a T-bone or Chateaubriand weighing 700-1000g. It's more than enough for two. For a luxurious touch, order Kobe since it's 145💶/100g. You wouldn't want to fill up too easily 🥲. ⚠️ Reservations are required in advance.
