Berlin | The biggest garlic vermicelli scallops I've ever had in Germa

Every day, the menu is dominated by different seafood 🍽️, and it's incredibly satisfying after eating. As soon as I got home, I booked another visit for this month 🙌🏼. This time, we ordered everything on today's menu except for the special stone dogfish, and the most impressive dishes were the extra-large vermicelli garlic steamed scallops and the mackerel dumplings. The dessert was consistently good, with sweet potato ice cream that had a strong sweet potato flavor. The scallop shell was almost as big as my face (exaggerating), with a huge piece of scallop meat sliced thinly, next to the scallop roe. The smooth and tender texture was just like egg custard, and the yellow lantern chili sauce on top added a mild spiciness. The vermicelli soaked in the scallop garlic sauce was very fresh with every bite, and I recommend one per person to enjoy to the fullest. I love their solid dumplings with the skin tightly wrapped around the filling. One bite of the mackerel dumpling reveals the delicate fish paste and the fragrance of celery. Dipped in the spicy and numbing soup of the red oil wonton, it leaves you wanting more. The owner said that because it's made of pure fish meat, they have to bone the fish each time, so it's limited to one per table 🥲. For drinks, they have cold brew tea, kombucha, and tea-based cocktails. I highly recommend their homemade kombucha, which is a sweet and sour sparkling tea. Personally, I think it's better than all fruit flavors. The magic of UUU is that you can taste the care in every dish, from the ingredients to the seasoning. The five types of spiciness in this dinner were all different, and they don't use heavy flavors to capture your taste buds. Yet, they always highlight the natural taste of the ingredients in the layers of flavors. Average cost per person 💰90€. #BerlinFood #BerlinDaily #LoudlyPromoteLocalFood #LocalFavorites #FoodiePhotographer
