🌟 Berlin Diary | Perfect for a Date Night or Small Gathering ✨
This restaurant specializes in Japanese fusion cuisine. The entire dining atmosphere is simple and elegant, combined with Bauhaus design elements and service that makes you feel very relaxed. The most recommended dish is the whole sea bream. Freshly sliced sea bream, each piece is thick and plump, with a sweet and fresh taste. Matched with yuzu vinegar, the taste is out of this world. As a sushi connoisseur, I personally loved it. My friends and I agreed that this dish was the best of the night! Compared to the sea bream, the salmon was less impressive. Too much soy sauce and sesame oil overwhelmed the natural taste of the fish. There was no freshness, just saltiness! However, paired with cucumber 🥒, it became slightly refreshing. Halibut Fillet. Glazed with caramel, the cod fillet is served with sesame sauce, a combination I wouldn't usually choose. But after taking a bite, I loved it!! The cod is tender, as expected, and the skin is chewy and golden brown from being torched, not enough for one piece haha. Japanese Mushroom Risotto. A dish of "half-cooked" sushi rice with cream and various mushrooms. Not sure how to describe it or how to evaluate it, there's a creamy flavor. It's an unremarkable dish that you can skip! Many people have tried the brunch at November, and brunch doesn't require a reservation. The queue usually doesn't exceed half an hour. But for dinner, I booked three weeks in advance to get the time I wanted! Average cost per person: 40+ #BerlinDiary #BerlinFood #BerlinExploration #BerlinLife #DateNightRestaurant #GermanDaily
