Berlin Dim Sum Experience | Red Rice Noodle Rolls and More 🥢
My friend really knows how to recommend places! If you love dim sum, you're in for a treat. 😊 On Saturdays and Sundays, they have a special offer: 18 euros for any three items. Here's what we ordered, in the order they were served: 🥛 Soy Milk and Fried Dough Sticks This instantly took me back to China! The soy milk has a homely flavor that I really enjoy. ♦️ Red Oil Pork Ear Not much red oil flavor, but it has a nice sauce aroma. Still pretty good. ▫️ Shrimp Rice Noodle Roll Highly recommended! The shrimp is large and the rice noodles are smooth and slippery. The soy sauce is also very flavorful. 🥣 Shepherd's Purse and Pork Rib Porridge A generous portion with soft rice and fragrant ribs. No strange flavors. I added a lot of white pepper and half a fried dough stick. (I drank two bowls like it was spicy soup!) 🥟 Red Oil Wontons The red oil and garlic aroma are very strong, probably from hot oil being poured over it. The wontons are plump and the bean sprouts are crisp. ♥️ Red Rice Noodle Roll Finally got to try it, and I love it! It's exactly the flavor I was looking for. 🔸 Steamed Pork Buns When you bite into them, there's a burst of soup. They're quite good and feel freshly made. 🍖 Fermented Black Bean Ribs Nothing too special or disappointing. Just average. ▫️ Rice Wine and Glutinous Rice Balls Surprisingly, I really liked this. It felt like a sweet dessert to end the meal. 📍 China Restaurant Laoxiang Wichertstraße 43, 10439 Berlin #BerlinExploration #BerlinCuisine #BerlinFoodie #BerlinDaily #BerlinDimSum #RedRiceNoodleRolls #BerlinGuide #LifeInGermany
