Berlin Foodie Faves | Absolutely Love This Place

After visiting this restaurant once, I couldn't help but return two more times before finally sharing it with everyone! It's a cozy mix of restaurant and bar, open every evening until late night. They even have live music performances sometimes 🎶. Everyone here radiates sunshine 🌞, a stark contrast to Berlin's usual gray weather. The positive vibes are infectious! And most importantly, the food is incredible! ☀️ First off, their bread and dip before the meal is just too good! My friend and I devoured it so quickly that we shocked the waiter, who kindly brought us another basket. ☀️ Oktopus mit frischen Venusmuscheln – The sauce was amazing; we finished this dish in seconds! ☀️ Oktopus nach galizischer Art – The potatoes were even tastier than the octopus! The octopus itself didn’t have much flavor, though. ☀️ Tapas Variadas (Mixed Tapas Platter) – This came with ham, salami, fried fish, fried chicken, ribs, and more. A little bit of everything! ☀️ Frische Lammhaxe (Fresh Lamb Shank) – The lamb was so tender and not gamey at all. ☀️ Spanisches Omelette – A solid choice, nothing too fancy, but tasty. ☀️ Langostinos – This giant shrimp dish is hands down my favorite! I've ordered it all three times! It’s simply grilled with salt, no extra seasoning, but each bite was unbelievably satisfying. I’m even tempted to order the €79 1kg plate next time and just go all in! 😋 ☀️ Fish Mixed Grill – This platter had mussels, shrimp, squid, and three different types of grilled fish. There was almost no seasoning, so you’ll need to dip it in sauce. One fish fillet was a bit too salty, but everything else was fine. ☀️ For dessert, we tried the Spanischer Pudding and Schoko-Soufflé. After such amazing main courses, the desserts felt a bit underwhelming. They’re okay but not must-orders. After three visits, I can confidently say that while a few dishes are average, none were bad! Their drink menu is extensive too, and the overall atmosphere makes it a perfect spot to hang out with friends. ❗️ It’s a busy place, so I recommend making a reservation in advance. 💰 Around €30 per person #Germany #GermanCuisine #Berlin #BerlinLife #BerlinFood
