Berlin Spot Check | High-Quality Japanese Cuisine in Berlin 🍣🍱

This restaurant, owned by the same person as another Japanese restaurant in Berlin called "the catch", generally offers good quality across the board. You can basically order anything from their menu without going wrong. Highly recommend their signature dish, the live sea bream, which is fresh and generously portioned. Additionally, the raw salmon slices and tuna belly we ordered were fresh with a rich fat content. We also had the Japanese mushroom risotto and fried crab meatballs, which weren't astonishing but still tasted very good. The only dish I wouldn't highly recommend is the duck breast as it was a bit tough and slightly gamey. For dessert, we had the cheesecake which had a creamy, runny center and was very refreshing, not greasy at all. 📍 Recommendation Index: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 📍 Price: 100€ per person #Germany #JapaneseCuisineSpotCheck #SpotCheck #Berlin #Food #Germany #LifeInGermany #BerlinLife #DailyBerlin #BerlinSpotCheck
