Best BBQ in New York--Le Sia

1๏ธโƒฃ Chilled Crayfish ๐Ÿฆž I used to love their salted egg yolk and crispy rice crayfish, and the new chilled version is made for summer ๐ŸงŠ. The crayfish meat is cool and tender, with the head full of rich roe, and paired with a sour and spicy seafood dipping sauce, it's instantly appetizing. 2๏ธโƒฃ Grilled Skewers ๐Ÿข Summer is perfect for skewers! These are the ones I always order: lamb/beef skewers, garlic oysters, roasted pig's trotters, and Wangjing lamb kidneys. The roasted lamb spine I tried this time was also very tasty! They have several ways to make lamb spine, both with and without soup, and the grilled version is especially crispy and fragrant. 3๏ธโƒฃ Meat Crab Pot ๐Ÿฅ˜ This is their signature dish! It's truly reminiscent of the flavor back home, super fragrant. A serving is filled with braised chicken feet, crabs, shrimp, and I particularly love the soft and tender rice cakes that have absorbed the sauce! (I'm also intrigued by their new shrimp and fat intestine pot). 4๏ธโƒฃ Spicy Green Pepper with Dried Tofu ๐Ÿฅ˜ The dried tofu with a rich and slightly spicy sauce is particularly good with rice! ๐Ÿ’› Le Sia ๐Ÿ“651 9th Ave, New York, NY 10036 #Le Sia#New York#food diary
