Best Korean cuisine in New York--Gammeeok

—————— Spicy Stir-fried Pig's Feet 🍖 🌟🌟🌟🌟💫 A must-order when you come to the restaurant! The deboned pig's feet are cut into evenly thick slices, and each bite is full of gelatin and a rich meaty texture, not greasy at all, perfect with refreshing pickled cabbage. If the seasoning were a bit saltier, I would give it 5 stars. Blood Sausage 🍢 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A dish that transports you straight into a Korean drama. Thin casings are filled with a generous amount of glass noodles, glutinous rice, and minced pork, giving off a unique aroma. Dipped in salt and pepper, we couldn't get enough of it. If you haven't tried it before, this is your chance! Kimchi Cheese Stone Pot Bibimbap 🍛 🌟🌟🌟🌟💫 The rice is topped with a generous sprinkle of mozzarella cheese and bibimbap sauce, and the cheese pulls out really long strings! It sizzles as it's served, and the crispy rice crust at the bottom is absolutely delicious! Pork Belly Wrap 🥓 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thick slices of pork belly with an even fat-to-lean ratio, full of meaty flavor. Stack two on a piece of cabbage, wrap it with pickled radish, garlic cloves, and scallions, every bite is satisfying. Kimchi 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This deserves a special mention! I am a big fan of kimchi but dislike the over-fermented alcoholic taste. This place gets it just right, full marks 💯. The spicy cabbage is tangy and refreshing, and the pickled radish is salty and sweet with a crisp texture. It's so delicious that we packed up all the leftovers to take home. —————— 🧡Gammeeok 📍9 W 32nd St 2nd floor, New York, NY 10001 #Gammeeok#New York#food diary#Korean cuisine
