Best Meal Ever? | A Top 2 NOLA Experience! 🍽️🥈

This might not be THE absolute best meal I’ve had in New Orleans… but it’s definitely in the top two! ✨ From the moment we stepped in until we left, everything at this restaurant felt flawless. We started with appetizers: a crisp Caesar salad 🥬, a tangy-sweet beetroot salad, and crispy snails 🐌. Both salads were fresh, beautifully presented, and perfectly dressed. The snails were a first for us — and what a delicious discovery! We’d order them again in a heartbeat 💖. For the main course, one of us tried the Italian seafood soup 🍲 — rich, savory, and loaded with a gorgeous variety of seafood. The other two ordered the Gulf fish with crab and a jalapeño hollandaise sauce. One isn’t usually a hollandaise fan, but this version was a game-changer! The fish was cooked perfectly, the crab was tender and juicy, and the crust was delightfully crispy. The sauce was creamy and smooth, and the vegetables added a fresh, crisp balance 🥦🐟. Absolutely incredible! Dessert was a whole new level of heavenly: we had crème brûlée, coconut pie, and bourbon pecan pie 🥧🍮. The pecan pie was rich and flavorful. The crème brûlée was perfection in my son’s eyes. But the coconut pie? That was my masterpiece. No exaggeration — it was the best pie I’ve ever tasted, and yes, that includes my grandma’s (sorry, Grandma! 😅). Service was attentive yet unobtrusive. Food came out quickly and at the perfect temperature 🔥⏱️. It was a bit noisy inside — maybe due to a table of six business folks next to us — but that didn’t ruin the vibe 🗣️🔊.
