Best Restaurant in Fairbanks—We Ate Here Two Days in a Row! 🎉
Whether it's ingredients, technique, or presentation, this place is top-tier even across all of North America. 🌟 After trying countless spots over the past 10 years, this one ranks in my top three. Can’t believe such a high-quality meal exists in a small town! You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! 😋 Highly Recommend: 🔥 10/10 Reindeer Medallion Probably the only whole reindeer steak in all of Alaska! 🦌 Low in fat and incredibly tender. Wrapped in bacon and flame-grilled—the rich, gamey flavor is so aromatic without any weird aftertaste. 🔥 10/10 Calamari Made with local Alaskan squid, coated in barley and fried to perfection. 🦑 The squid melts in your mouth, and the barley adds a unique texture. The seasoning is absolutely on point! 🍫 9.5/10 Chocolate Cake That’s the one on the top right of the dessert tray! 🍰 Served with a real vanilla ice cream ball (with actual vanilla beans!). The best review in two words: not too sweet! Rich chocolate flavor paired with ice cream—just the right sweetness. Also Delicious: 🥩 9/10 Ribeye Steak A must-try if you love smoky flavors! 🍖 Angus beef, excellent quality. The 16oz portion is enough for two. Only slight bitterness toward the end (due to flame-grilling), but overall amazing. 🦪 9/10 Local Oysters Sweet, plump, and fresh—sourced directly from local fishermen! 🐚 One point off because of tiny shell fragments, but still totally worth it. #Fairbanks #Foodie #RestaurantReview #Christmas #StudentLife #ArcticCircle #SnowPhotos #Glacier #GlacierPhotos #Winter #AnchorageGuide #AlaskaGuide #Aurora #NorthernLights #FairbanksPhotos #AlaskaPhotos
