Whenever we visit New Orleans, the Hotel Saint Marie feels like our new home π‘π. But what truly makes this hotel special is undoubtedly its people β the staff here donβt just do their jobs; they make you feel like family I canβt emphasize enough how wonderful Mr. Lonny, Payton, and Keisha were during our Christmas visit . Even when our flight was delayed on Christmas Eve βοΈβ³, they personally accepted deliveries for items I had ordered for our rooms β going far beyond what duty requires! We stayed in Rooms 214 and 215, both offering gorgeous street-view balconies where we loved sipping coffee and watching the city wake up βπ . The location is another huge win β just steps away from our favorite breakfast spot, Toulouse Grocery , and within easy walking distance of everything worth seeing in the area πΆβοΈπΊοΈ. We always prefer staying at independent hotels over big chains, and this is exactly why β the one-on-one attention and heartfelt service you receive is simply unmatched ππ. Leaving here felt like that old saying from Cheers β π»βWhere everybody knows your name!β β and thatβs the vibe the whole team created.
