🦀 Matsuba crab salad The appetizers has an incredibly rich texture!! The combination of crab meat and sea urchin is sweet on top of sweet, with the salty and fragrant caviar and refreshing cucumber. 🍣 sushi burger super fragrant!! It's topped with a generous layer of bluefin tuna belly, piled with sea urchin and marinated salmon roe, every bite is super blissful ☺️ 🍣 Both the bluefin tuna belly and the king salmon are incredibly melt-in-your-mouth. 🦞 The sweet and sticky coral shrimp, the plump and tender eel, the crispy and fragrant mackerel, and the firm and bouncy seasonal flying fish are all my favorites. 🍣 The scallion Otoro hand roll so full of meat that it spills out from the other end. 🍮 For dessert there's osmanthus pudding, which has a very low sweetness, the osmanthus flavor is quite subtle but the creaminess is super abundant!!
