Bhutan Travel Must-Visit Restaurant: Alchemy Restaurant

Bhutan Travel Must-Visit Restaurant: Alchemy Restaurant ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ Alchemy Restaurant โ€“ Traditional Bhutanese Cuisine at Pemako ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ“ This was a key experience during our inspection. To offer everyone an authentic and ceremonial dining experience, this will be included in the customized small-group itineraries in the future. The restaurant is accessible to non-hotel guests too (you must try it even if you donโ€™t stay here). The menu features classic Bhutanese dishes: appetizers like Bhutanese salad & chili, Bhutanese sorghum wine, momo, pumpkin soup with buckwheat pancakes (a bit salty); main courses include various small portions of Bhutanese dishes for tasting; dessert is rice pudding (tastes the same as the rice pudding at Dwarikaโ€™s dinner in Nepal)... The chef prepares and serves the dishes on the spot (ensuring theyโ€™re hot). I sat right across from the stove... I was the only guest tonight... Itโ€™s neither exceptionally delicious nor bad, but I told the chef it was fantastic, providing him with plenty of emotional value... This restaurant is renovated from an old Bhutanese house, with a really unique vibe... โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ #BhutanTravel #BhutaneseFood #BhutaneseCuisine #Pemako
