ππΏ Braised Pork Rice The first bite made a big fan of braised pork belly extremely happy! Three large pieces of braised pork, fatty but not greasy, mixed into the rice, it's so fragrant that it's intoxicating. Highly recommended for those who love meat to order. If there's a downside, it's that the bowl is too small, I can't mix it well. ππΏ Plum Sweet Potato π + Salt and Pepper Chicken π Two fried snacks. The plum sweet potato has always been my favorite snack, I love everything with a plum flavor, and this is my favorite one I've had. It's not just coated with inferior plum powder; the sweet potato is wrapped in a thin layer that has a glutinous rice texture, and it's interspersed with a plum flavor. The salt and pepper chicken is very tender! I'm out of words to praise it. πOrdered curry noodle soup, fried kuey teow, stir-fried morning glory with sweet and spicy sauce, wishing I had an extra stomach for claypot rice, sizzling, and salted egg yolk chicken wings... π§It was raining that day so there weren't many people in the restaurant. The hostess even gave us two complimentary drinks. Who can understand... The iced soy milk with grass jelly was so delicious. It was my first time trying this combination. We had a lot of luggage, and when we left, the owner helped us carry it out. Compared to most Chinese restaurants, the service at this place is really exceptional. #Birmingham #BirminghamLife #BirminghamFood #BirminghamTravel #Coventry #BirminghamUK #UKTravel #FoodRecommendation #BirminghamUK #UKTrip #BritishCuisine #BirminghamChineseFood
