✨Tucked away in a charming corner of the harbor, Bleu Provence offers an exceptional French dining experience with impeccable service and an elegant, intimate atmosphere. The restaurant's warm lighting, rustic Provençal decor, and curated wine list set the stage for a memorable meal. 🩷We started with the foie gras – rich, buttery, and perfectly seared, served with a sweet fig compote that balanced its depth beautifully. The escargots were equally delightful, baked in garlic herb butter and so flavorful we couldn't resist soaking up every drop with their fresh baguette. 🩵I’ve always wanted to try their confit de canard – and it did not disappoint! The duck leg was tender and fell right off the bone, with a crispy, golden skin that added the perfect texture. ✔️ The mussels, steamed in a white wine and cream broth, were plump and tasted incredibly fresh – we gladly used extra bread to savor every last bit of the aromatic sauce. 🍰For dessert, we indulged in the crème brûlée – silky, not too sweet, and topped with a perfectly caramelized sugar crust. 🥰Highly recommend making a reservation in advance, especially for a table in their lovely courtyard.
