Bogotá Travel Guide(2)
Attractions: Bolívar Plaza The iconic church is located next to the plaza, with the government building nearby. The plaza is surrounded by colorful buildings, and you can feed pigeons here. 🕊️ Santuario Nuestra Señora del Carmen My favorite building in the old town, this Spanish🇪🇸-style church is incredibly beautiful. Taquilla Funicular Monserrate The cable car🚠 to the top of Monserrate Hill offers a panoramic view of the Bogotá city center. There are gardens and a church up there. The ticket is cheapest on Sundays. Check the price list in the comments. Botero Museum An exhibition of Fernando Botero's works, famous for his paintings of plump figures. It's free! The National Museum is next door, so you can visit both together. Old Town Street Strolling The old town of Bogotá is full of colonial traces. I highly recommend spending half a day exploring the streets. You'll discover many beautiful buildings and murals. 🎨 Gold Museum of Bogotá There are many gold artifacts inside. I personally prefer the church and European-style building next to it. #Colombia #South America
