I just got back from a long weekend in Boise, Idaho — and while it’s not your typical tourist city, its downtown bar scene is full of charm and mystery! I’m a huge fan of speakeasies, and Boise did not disappoint. Here are two incredible hidden bars you have to check out: 📍 Gatsby 📞 Reservations recommended — call their website for the daily password! 🚪 Knock on the door and whisper the code to get in (yes, really!). Note: They have a dress code 👔✨. 📚 The entrance looks like a classic library… but behind the shelves lies a glamorous, retro-inspired bar! 🍸 I ordered the Amelia Earhart and Ginger Rogers — as beautiful as they were delicious. 📍 Thick as Thieves 📞 Also better with reservations 🕶️ At the entrance, you’ll find an old-school telephone. Dial the number, and a hidden mirror door swings open! 💡 You’ll get a blacklight flashlight to reveal a secret menu glowing under UV light — so cool! 🍹 I tried the Peter Pandan (✅ loved it) and Medicine (❌ not my taste), but the experience was unforgettable.
