Boise's Must-Visit Coffee & Dessert Spots 🧁☕️

Just got back from a long weekend in Boise, Idaho — slowly sharing my recommendations! This town is full of cozy, laid-back cafés that totally embody the slow-living vibe. Here’s my roundup of the best coffee and dessert spots I tried: 📍 Slow by Slow Coffee This place feels like that perfect neighborhood corner café. White walls, wooden accents, and so peaceful. Having a coffee outside on a warm day is pure bliss. 😌 📍 Neckar Coffee Minimalist and calm. People chat or work quietly inside — the kind of place where you order one drink and stay for hours. 📍 Big City Coffee and Café More of a brunch spot with industrial charm. It looks a bit messy but feels like home. The breakfast is classic American — simple but comforting. 🍳☕ 📍 Westside Drive In Yes, it’s a restaurant, but I came for the famous Potato Ice Cream! 🥔🍦 Looks just like a potato (so Idaho!) and tastes amazing. 📍 The STIL Mentioned this before — the name stands for “Sweetest Thing In Life” 🍦❤️. Their ice cream is delicious, and you can even try flights paired with local beer! 📍 Guru Donuts & Espresso A cute little donut shop — pretty sweet (as expected), but goes great with coffee. 🍩☕ 🌟 Also on my list (didn’t get to go, but you might want to!): Push & Pour Java Janjou Pâtisserie Goody's Soda Fountain 💥 All in all, Boise is packed with amazing cafés and sweet spots. Perfect for slow afternoons and good vibes. #Boise #Idaho #USTravel #USATrip #CoffeeLover #DessertTime
