Found this local specialty fry shop where you can try 5 different types of fries in one go! 📍 Boise Fry Company 💰 Small fries are $3.9 per portion, large ones $6.5 🌟 The highlight of this place is the wide variety of fries made from different types of potatoes. They also offer tons of dipping sauces and salts to mix and match. The shop also serves American fast food like burgers, making it a great spot for a full meal. 🍟 I was greedy and wanted to try everything, so I asked if they could make a combo platter. Since each type of potato requires different frying times, the staff kindly put together a mix of Russet and Gold—both are hearty and solid potatoes. I also ordered Red separately, which is lighter, and got a combo of Yam and Sweet—sweet and reminiscent of baked sweet potatoes. 🍟 Of course, I had to try their more than 10 types of dipping sauces. All sorts of weird combinations surprisingly created magical flavors! 🍟 The fries are freshly fried but unsalted, so the shop provides over 10 different flavored salts for you to sprinkle on your own. It’s so much fun experimenting with all the creative pairings. 💥 All in all, you can’t miss this place when visiting the Potato State.
