I recently visited Bond 45 in New York, and while it had its moments, the seafood tower left me a bit underwhelmed. 🦐 The oysters and shellfish had a slight fishy taste, which was a bit off-putting. The lobster meat wasn't very firm either, making the overall experience feel a bit lacking in freshness. 🦞 On the bright side, the desserts were a delightful surprise! 🍰 Each one was beautifully crafted and tasted just as good as they looked. Whether it was the tiramisu or the panna cotta, every bite was a treat. In the entrees, the fish was a standout, with a nice balance of flavors and a perfectly cooked texture.
