What an incredible night!! 😍 The food, wine, company, instruction, and venue—everything was absolutely amazing! 🍷👨🍳 I learned so many cooking tips and tricks—like how to chiffonade basil 🌿, use grapeseed oil for high-heat cooking, and the golden rule: "Don’t touch anything in the pan!" 😄🫒✨ We created five-star flavors using simple ingredients—anyone can do this! The step-by-step guidance was so clear and easy to follow. When we arrived, the mise en place was perfectly ready: ingredient stations were set up, everything pre-portioned and measured. 🧅🥬⚖️ We chopped, cooked slowly, and sat down to enjoy every single course together. 🍽️💚 There were ingredients I normally don’t use (think chili, olives, capers, fennel…) — but I cleaned my plate!
