BOS | Escape from Boston in 30 minutes, 🆘 Firefly Sanctuary‼️

‼️ Discovering this place (I’ve been here several times before) was truly a case of “planting a willow tree and having it shade the ground,” just a casual walk at Wellesley College on the evening of July 2nd, around 8:30 pm. As usual, I parked by the lake inside the campus because no parking permit is needed, and it’s nicely secluded. ‼️ There are indeed fireflies, quite a lot of them, from 8:00 to 8:30 pm. After that, they seem to disappear as if they’ve gone to sleep 😴😴😴. ‼️ Highly recommended! If you’re in the Boston area, you should definitely check it out and try your luck. The entire campus is also incredibly beautiful, with a hilltop observatory that’s perfect for calming a restless mind 🫡. ‼️ Remember to bring mosquito repellent, don’t park haphazardly, and drive slowly within the campus for safety.
