🍢 The skewers at his place are just average; we ordered four different types, and only the Negi Pon (pork belly) was particularly tasty. 🦪 The Scallop Hokkaiyaki is very fragrant!! Order it!! It has a rich, creamy texture with chopped scallops, crab sticks, and fish roe inside, which is excellent for mixing with rice! 🦀️ The Soft-shell Crab Tempura is also ordinary, with a slightly heavy breading. 🍱 The Beef Steak Don has the same beef as the grilled onion beef skewers, which is a bit tough and not very flavorful. 🍣 The Hokkaido Don, while it includes scallops, sea urchin, snow crab legs, and salmon roe, has a lower cost-performance ratio compared to the sea urchin soba. The rice underneath is a bit too much. 🍵 Matcha Cheesecake - The $6 cake and ice cream combination features a rich, smooth cake with a slight saltiness, which I like!
