Boston Exploration | A Stylish Seafood Bar on Newbury
As Boston enters winter, I’ve become quite lazy. It’s a rare occasion to go out and meet friends during Thanksgiving, and it was the perfect time to check out this seafood bar that’s been in my map’s favorites folder!💕 Seafood Towers - Seafood Platter We ordered the Grande for three people. The seafood was very fresh, and the oysters were excellent. Some of the other shellfish had tiny bits of sand and were a bit fishy… My personal favorite was the tuna on the second tier, mixed with sesame oil and sesame seeds, so aromatic.💕 Lobster Roll with Uni We ordered it hot, baked with butter. It was decent, just the typical lobster roll flavor. For the side, we chose chips and were given a bag of potato chips to take away, haha. Lump Crab Toast The texture was pretty good. The toast was topped with avocado and crab meat, which I quite enjoyed. Steak Tartare Toast The most impressive dish of the meal, hands down. Highly recommended 🌟. This was an additional order we made towards the end, and even though we were full, we still devoured it. Uni & Tuna Tartare A mini tartare that tasted similar to the raw tuna in the seafood platter. After eating the seafood platter, it felt a bit average, but it would be a nice choice if ordered alone. I originally planned to order directly from the recommendations on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), but the most recommended Torched Salmon and Urchin rolls were no longer available, so we started to improvise 🙃. Overall, it was still very delicious. Including the seafood platter, the cost per person was over $100. #WantToDocumentThisMoment #ThisTemplateHasSomething #ExploringShops #Boston
