Boston Foodie Finds | A 4.8-Rated Restaurant That’s a Must-Try❗️

I was searching for highly-rated restaurants in Cambridge on Google Maps, and this place stood out with over four hundred reviews and a score of 4.8+ 🌟. I just had to check it out. Pork Belly ✅ The pork belly was fried to perfection, crispy and aromatic! The sauce had a sweet and sour profile, complemented by the pickled vegetables. Pickled vegetables might just be the soulmate of pork, whether it’s stewed in the Northeast or fried in Germany, they are inseparable and the perfect match. Beef Tartare ⭕️ The beef tartare was a bit underwhelming, a bit too salty. But it didn’t taste like eating raw meat at all! Quail ⭕️ The quail was well-fried, but there wasn’t much meat to it. The chickpea salad at the bottom needed more seasoning. Shrimp & Grits ✅ This Southern dish was also well-executed here. With a Cajun flavor, the shrimp was fresh and had a deliciously charred aroma. Crème Brûlée ⭕️ The caramel on the crème brûlée was burned, making it a bit bitter. ✨ The pork belly is definitely something I’d come back for. I’m also keen to try their roasted pork/lamb dishes. It seems like the menu changes often, offering a fusion of Southern and European cuisine, which is worth a try! #BostonFood #BostonLife #BostonFoodExploration #CambridgeFood #BostonCambridge #BostonFoodie #BostonFoodCheckIn #BostonFoodMap #WhatToEatInBoston #BostonEats #WhereToEatInBoston #BostonMustEat #Food #MyFoodDiary #BostonNewAmerican
