The autumnal Boston is so beautiful 🍂 Finally checked out a Thai restaurant I’ve been wanting to try. Every dish I had today was a hit, all highly recommended‼️ ⭐️Fried Chive Cake The dish that surprised me the most was their signature fried chive cake! Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, each bite was full of rich chive aroma, with a hint of seaweed flavor that left me craving more. Definitely one of my favorite Thai snacks, a must-try for everyone! ⭐️Salt & Pepper Pork Cheek This dish was recommended by the staff; I originally wanted to order grilled beef tongue, but it was sold out 😭 Another surprising dish perfect for drinking! The flavor was so aromatic, especially when paired with glutinous rice – a match made in heaven! The meat was tender and crispy, with the salty and spicy pork cubes being so moreish! Will definitely order it again! ⭐️Tofu Song Kueng A dish that tofu lovers will adore – the tofu is smooth and flavorful, with the sauce thickened to perfection! It was just a bit on the small side; I was left wanting more after finishing it, haha! ⭐️Beef Massaman This dish was recommended by other foodies! It really lived up to the hype and was delicious‼️ Probably the richest in flavor out of all the dishes today. The large chunks of beef were tender and flavorful, perfectly paired with the accompanying bread – so satisfying.
