As one of my top 2025 discoveries, I've been counting down the days since hearing Chez Celine would launch weekend brunch - and finally got to be their very first brunch guests! 🥹 The morning ambiance was serene perfection (a delightful contrast to the lively dinner service), letting us fully appreciate their chic Parisian minimalist decor. 🫧🇫🇷 With no existing photos/reviews to reference, we followed our cravings: Croque Madame 🧀 Herb Omelette 🌿 Organic Salad 🥗 Crêpes Suzette (the highly anticipated showstopper!) 😍 Staying true to their dinner philosophy: minimal ingredients, maximum chef creativity. The omelette stole my heart - velvety eggs elevated by herb cream and goat cheese, perfectly balanced with Croque Madame's crusty bread. 🥚✨ Mid-meal, we food-envied our neighbors' maple pancakes and salmon breakfast plate - guess we're coming back soon! 🤣 PS.
