Brazil - Jalapao Day 2 & Accommodation Sharing

đŸ„°After waking up and playing with the horses and dogs at the guesthouse, we set off to go swimming again. Jerry joked that during the 4-day tour, not a single day passed with dry clothes. This time, we swam in a river. I’d recommend bringing your own floaties — you’ll definitely attract envious looks from everyone around! ✹After swimming, we headed to the famous photo spot at Serra do EspĂrito Santo (often called Montanha do Sacatrappo by locals). Many people were queuing to take pictures standing on car roofs. Not wanting to wait, we simply took a quick photo nearby and then rushed to the dunes to catch the sunset. 🏹I also want to share about our 3-night stay in the state park. Since the tour looped around the park, we stayed at a different place each night. With such a packed daily schedule, every morning tested our speed at packing luggage. đŸ©·The rooms were simple but clean. No hair dryer was provided, and toiletries were limited to soap — no shower gel or shampoo. Those who mind should bring their own. The second night’s hotel had an open-air swimming pool with endless natural views — totally worth waking up early for a swim! The third night’s hotel featured a natural spring. It was beautifully lit at night. Even though it was quite chilly, I still couldn’t resist taking a dip. #Palmas#JalapĂŁo#Accommodation #travel guide#Brazil#trip diary
