Brisbane One-Day City Walk
After hearing about the torrential rain in the Whitsundays, Wang Lemon made an emergency detour to Brisbane—and ended up with a delightful surprise! 😍 1️⃣🏨 Accommodation Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 📍 Meriton Suites Adelaide Street 💰 Price: AUD $410/night (booked early for just AUD $170!) ✅ Pros: Central location, Story Bridge views, 50㎡ suite, in-room laundry. ⚠️ Note: Late check-in requires calling reception from the left side of the main entrance (we froze outside waiting 🥶). 2️⃣🏞️ Attractions 📌 St John’s Cathedral ⭐ Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ 🚶 Transport: 2-min walk from the hotel. ℹ️ Details: Queensland’s only Neo-Gothic cathedral—great for quick photos. (Bonus: Caught a wedding!) 📌 City Hall ⭐ Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🚶 Transport: 12-min walk from the cathedral (passes a train station & memorial square). ℹ️ Details: Three floors—grab a guide at the entrance! The museum (3F) is super photogenic. 📌 Queen Street Mall ⭐ Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🚶 Transport: Right outside City Hall. ℹ️ Details: Perfect for food 🍜 + shopping 🛍️. ⚠️ Avoid: Maru & Doodeeboran (poor hygiene).
