British Brunch in New York--Jones Wood Foundry

1️⃣ Fish and Chips 🍟 My favorite dish! The fish has an incredibly thin and crispy batter, while the meat inside is particularly tender and juicy. When you cut into it, the juices are so abundant that they soak through the paper underneath. 2️⃣ Scotch Egg 🥚 A soft-boiled egg enveloped in savory pork mince, it's crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, offering a rich texture. 3️⃣ Creamy Brioche with Chicken Liver/Foie Gras Sauce 🍞 Many people have recommended this dish. The sauce is particularly smooth and creamy, but it's quite salty on its own.
