Broken Hot Tub, But Otherwise a Great Experience! 🏝️

Our stay was overwhelmingly positive, with just one notable exception. We had asked for an ocean view and were initially told it wasn't possible, but we still ended up receiving a room with a stunning ocean view! The scenery was absolutely breathtaking and made our mornings magical. 🌊✨ My family and I stayed for 8 days in a one-bedroom suite. The kids slept comfortably on the sofa bed in the living room, and we found we had plenty of space for everyone. The room itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bathroom was well-appointed with a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. The toilet (with a bidet) was discreetly placed behind frosted glass. We especially appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer located in the bathroom, complete with provided detergent! 🧺🧴 The kitchen was beautiful and equipped with high-quality appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. 🍳🥗 The hotel is conveniently located within the Hilton Hawaiian Village, which offers a wide variety of restaurants and shopping options right on-site. There are multiple pools throughout the property, including a more private one on the third floor. Cabana rentals and beach/ocean activities like surf lessons and whale-watching tours are available for an additional fee. Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally friendly and thoughtful, adding a warm touch to our stay. The beach is just steps away—incredibly convenient! 🏖️ Now for the downside: our Uber drivers had difficulty finding the exact pickup/drop-off location when we left the hotel. More disappointingly, the hot tub was out of service during our entire stay.
