Price per person: £80 Located on the eighth floor of the five-star Peninsula Hotel. The overall decoration is particularly attractive, with a strong aviation theme that is very cool. There is a full-scale airplane model on the restaurant's ceiling, giving a strong sense of technology, and the carpet is an airline route map. The service staff are exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic! Having recently opened, it has directly been promoted to a Michelin two-star restaurant. The £58 lunch set is incredibly good value for money! It's perfect for star hunting! Pre-meal snacks: Biscuits The taste of these biscuits is very peculiar; the sauce on top has a flavor reminiscent of toothpaste and foam. Pre-meal snack: Chicken Liver Mousse Cake This is particularly delicious; the chicken liver purée with mousse is very appetizing, and the garnish of fried onion bits adds richness to the texture. Appetizers + Pre-meal Bread 1️⃣ St.Austell Bay Mussels The presentation is very fancy, served with jelly, not fishy at all, and the texture is very rich! 2️⃣ Pre-meal Bread Served with two types of butter, one salty and one sweet, both are good. Main Course 1️⃣ Veal Cheek It's cooked very tenderly, super fragrant, and the sauce has a cheesy flavor that's a bit salty. Overall, it's great, and highly recommended! Dessert + Post-meal Dessert 1️⃣ The Lady Berry Strawberry mousse + foam ice cream A basket of fresh strawberries is provided, and a bite of mousse with a bite of ice cream is particularly delicious, with a light taste of strawberry cider. Highly recommended! 2️⃣ Two types of chocolate One is similar to a liqueur chocolate with a light strawberry flavor, quite sweet. The other is an enrobed chocolate with a very dense texture and a strong cocoa bean flavor, incredibly delicious 😋! Complimentary Cake An orange-flavored small cake, very soft, with frosting on top and orange pulp inside, exceptionally delicious! Tip: The lunch set is really good value.
