Brooklyn’s Top 1 Bakery Lives Up to Its Name (1)🌟
📍 Radio Bakery It’s been a while since my last visit to Radio Bakery, and while it didn’t quite hit me with the same initial wow factor, it’s still undeniably delicious. The only downside is the long lines—waiting for an hour on a weekend morning (9 am) just to miss the 10 am special can be a bit frustrating. 😔 🌊 There are two locations: Greenpoint and Prospect Park. Both have their queues, but Prospect Park is a bit more convenient for commuting. Greenpoint feels a bit far! 🌿 Kale Focaccia $16 A signature item, but personally, I’m not a huge fan of kale’s flavor. 🥬 🎢 Prosciutto $16 The classic combo of burrata, prosciutto, and basil never goes wrong! It’s a solid choice, though the focaccia itself is quite oily, overshadowing the sandwich’s other components. 🍕 Focaccia with Scallion Cream Cheese $7 🍃 Delicious! This was my first big surprise—a heavenly mix of flavors and textures. It’s like an everything bagel with scallion cream cheese, but the focaccia’s oiliness and chewy texture add so much more depth. 🌟It’s truly a cheese and scallion focaccia lover’s dream. I couldn’t help but rave about it on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) the same day I ate it. The only problem? Waking up early enough to get there! 🥪 #NewYorkExploration #NewYorkFood #NewYorkFoodie 🌆
