Brooklyn Hidden Gem Thai|Muse Thai Tucked in a Garden Oasis 🌿

Tried this cozy, lesser-known Thai spot in Brooklyn with a friend—decorated like a little garden, mostly filled with locals, and staffed entirely by Thai people. Felt legit from the start! 🍴 Muse Thai 📍 689 Washington Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11238 🦑 Calamari A classic appetizer, but exceptionally done—crispy outside, tender inside. 🥗 Papaya Salad We asked for extra spicy, and they delivered! 🔥 Tangy, fiery, and super refreshing—one of the best I’ve had in NYC. 😋 🍜 Drunken Noodle with Mixed Seafood Our favorite dish of the night! Savory, slightly spicy, and perfectly wok-tossed. Loaded with big shrimp 🦐 and squid rings—we finished it first! 🌶️ Spicy Basil with Chicken Tender chicken breast (not dry at all!) in a flavorful basil sauce. So good over rice—could easily have two bowls. 🍛 Short Rib Massaman Curry Rich, creamy, and slightly sweet. The short rib was huge and fall-apart tender. Perfect with roti or rice for dipping. 🍹 G&T Hibiscus (Non-Alcoholic) Refreshingly tart and sweet—a nice palate cleanser. Great overall experience: lovely ambiance, generous portions, and affordable prices. The Drunken Noodles and Papaya Salad were standouts for me—definitely coming back to try more! 🎶 Bonus: The server mentioned they host free jazz music every Tuesday from 7:30–9 PM! #NYCExploration #NYC #NYCFood #HiddenGem #ThaiFood #NYCThaiFood #FoodieLife #NYCLife #NYCLiving #ThaiCuisine #BrooklynEats #NYCStudent #NYCWeekend #NYCRestaurants #MuseThai #GardenVibes
