Bruges Cuisine: Meat Lovers’ Paradise!
🅿️ For those driving, I recommend parking at Interparking Brugge - Biekorf, it’s only a 3-minute walk from the restaurant and close to the main square. 🌟 The restaurant has an American-style cozy decor, and the staff are very friendly with good English skills. It’s a good idea to make a reservation on Google or by phone in advance. 🥩 The restaurant’s specialty is all-you-can-eat pork ribs, priced at 24.5 Eur per serving, with three types of sauce to choose from. We tried the Mozart sauce and classic sauce, and neither disappointed. Although it’s all-you-can-eat, one serving is usually more than enough for a girl. It comes with roasted potato salad to cut through the richness, and the price is standard for a main course in Belgium. 🍺 Each main course comes with a recommended wine pairing; I went for the recommended Mozart Blonde, which had a refreshing taste I liked. The restaurant also offers Mort Subite cherry wine, which I’ve tried before and always repurchase from the supermarket. It’s a fruit wine that girls will enjoy – highly recommended! From what I know, many cities in Belgium have restaurants offering all-you-can-eat spare ribs. 📍 In Brussels, there’s Amadeo at Rue Sainte-Catherine 26, 1000 Bruxelles, which a friend said is pretty good. There are also branches in Ghent and Antwerp; just Google Amadeus. For those traveling in Belgium and loving meat, I recommend exploring the all-you-can-eat pork rib restaurants nearby 😋😋 #Bruges #BelgiumCuisine #Brussels
