Bruges Cuisine: Meat Lovers Rejoice!

🍴 Mozart, More Than just ribs 🅿️ For those driving, I recommend parking at Interparking Brugge - Biekorf, it’s only a 3-minute walk from the restaurant and close to the main square. 🌟 The restaurant has an American-style cozy decor, and the staff are friendly with good English skills. It’s advisable to book a table on Google or call for a reservation ahead of time. 🥩 The restaurant’s specialty is all-you-can-eat pork ribs, priced at 24.5 Eur per portion, with three types of sauce to choose from. We tried the Mozart sauce and classic sauce, and neither disappointed. Although it’s all-you-can-eat, one rib is usually enough for a girl to feel full. It comes with a baked potato salad to cut through the richness, and the price is standard for a main course in Belgium. 🍺 Each main course comes with a recommended beer pairing; I went for the suggested Mozart Blonde, which had a refreshing taste I enjoyed. The restaurant also serves Mort Subite cherry beer, which I’ve had before and often repurchase from the supermarket. It’s a fruit beer that girls will like – highly recommended! As far as I know, many cities in Belgium have restaurants offering all-you-can-eat spare ribs. 📍 In Brussels, there’s Amadeo, located at Rue Sainte-Catherine 26, 1000 Bruxelles, which a friend said is quite good. There are also branches in Ghent and Antwerp; just Google Amadeus.
