Brussels | If you’re craving a big meat feast, this place is spot on.
🌟I’ve had this place bookmarked for a while now, and one day, I suddenly felt like trying some Vietnamese food recommended by a friend. As I walked up from the parking lot, I caught a whiff of meaty goodness, and when I saw the name of the restaurant, it looked familiar. I peered inside, and immediately put the Vietnamese food on hold – today was a meat day. 🌟The waitstaff’s attire was pretty much in line with the stereotypical steakhouse vibe, all cowboy leather and industrial chic. Glancing at the menu, there was a good variety of meats, including beef and a selection of Iberian pork. 🌟Since I was already there, I might as well go for the largest portion – the tomahawk steak, and add some roasted bone marrow to the order. 🌟The steak was impeccable, with a little black pepper it was flavorful enough to eat as is, or you could pour on the meat sauce they provided. The portion was genuinely huge; I couldn’t finish it all and the waiter kindly packed up the leftovers. Back home, I wrapped it in foil and threw it in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, and it was still incredibly tender, not at all overdone – amazing! 🌟Going there on a weekday lunch was a bit intimidating, with the place filled with white-collar males engaged in business lunches and talks. “Alright, here comes the business atmosphere killer,” the woman said as she pulled out her Switch to play extensively.
