🍗 Buffalo‘s Buff‘s Famous Wings

🍗 Buffalo‘s Buff‘s Famous Wings | A “Salt-Crying” Wing Experience Someone told me “You have to try the wings in Buffalo,” so the three of us girls eagerly rushed into Buff‘s Famous Wings—only to end up questioning our life choices from the salt overload! 😭💔 We ordered two flavors: 🍯 Sweet Cajun: This one was okay—kind of like Korean sweet chili sauce, sweet and spicy, somewhat acceptable. 🧄🌶️ Spicy Garlic Parm: This flavor literally made all three of us cry from saltiness! The first bite hit us with strong garlic and Parmesan, followed by an overwhelming wave of salt… so salty our tongues went numb and we desperately wanted water! After forcing down one wing each, we didn’t dare touch another. 🤢 What made it worse was that all the wings were fried really dry—the skin was tough, and there was hardly any juiciness inside. It was nothing like the “crispy outside, tender inside, sauce-rich” wings I had imagined… 🤔 Honestly, I don’t understand those online reviews saying they’re “so delicious”—did we order the wrong flavors, or is our Asian palate just too different from the local taste? 😅 But the funny thing is, almost every table of locals in the restaurant was happily eating away, and many were taking multiple boxes to go! We left a whole plate of wings untouched, and our server kindly asked us three times: “Are you sure you don’t want to take these home?” 💁‍♀️📦 All three of us shook our heads like rattles: “No, no, we’re good, thanks…” 🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️ Maybe it’s just a cultural difference—like Beijing’s douzhi or Sweden’s surströmming, there will always be foods locals love but outsiders just don’t get. 🍲🐟 However, if you prefer milder flavors or dislike overly dry fried chicken, maybe think twice before coming here. But if you’re up for a “salt-level challenge,” go for it! 💪🧂 All in all, while this wing experience wasn’t exactly pleasant, it was definitely a memorable “taste bud adventure”~ At least now we know: Buffalo wings aren’t for everyone. 😌✨ #BuffaloWing #FoodFail#CulturalGap#SaltyTears#TravelStory#HonestFoodReview
