Black Forest Cake 🌟🌟🌟🌟 This shop is famous for its Black Forest Cake, as the origin of the Black Forest is in Germany. It is made in a very traditional way: with a crisp cookie base, a layer of cherries soaked in kirsch (cherry brandy), a thick layer of cherry-flavored cream cheese, and finally, topped with chocolate shavings. The kirsch flavor is very strong, and this is the first time I've had such a traditional Black Forest Cake.
