My first-ever RV trip was with two childhood friends I’ve known for over 20 years—both complete newbies, clumsy and impulsive 🤣. D1 San Francisco → Morro Bay Sunset shifted from blue to a pink mojito hue 🍹—California never disappoints. Camped right by the beach 🏖️, slept under the stars against Morro Bay’s giant rock 🌌, with the crackling sound of a campfire and BBQ nearby 🔥—instantly healing~ D2 Morro Bay → Frenwood “A day with California’s adorable animals!” 🦦🐘 Early in the morning mist, we spotted crowds of sea otters, noisy seals, and birds catching fish 🦅… California unveiled itself in the most vibrant way! Drove to 【Elephant Seal Viewing】—where the vast beach greeted us with a “unique” scent 🤭. Dozens of elephant seals lazily wriggling or sunbathing, truly enviable vibes~ Nearby, 【Hearst Castle】 🏰—a lavish castle on coastal highlands facing a stunning bay, filled with treasures from around the world. With its hills, exotic animals, gorgeous pools, cinema, and billiard halls, it was mind-blowing! Passing through 【Paso Robles】 🍇, the landscape shifted from sunny skies and jelly-like seas to hot, dry desert vibes 🌵. Vineyards everywhere made us want to indulge~ At 【Lovers Point】 🐿️, nut-loving squirrels competed with food-snatching seagulls 🦆… Then entered the legendary 【Big Sur】 🌊! The ocean here is always veiled in thick fog—like “mist, rain, and wind” materialized. Sunlight spread white, gold, and pink across the sky, blending softness and grandeur 🌤️. Succulents covered the cliffs, golden haze mixed with damp sea breeze, and distant mountains glowed red—making even the towering cliffs feel inviting 💫. D3 Frenwood → Cotillion Gardens Driving along a sunlit Big Sur to 【Point Lobos】 🌲—a coastal forest park reserve. Giant cliffs, ancient twisted trees, and woodland cabins felt like stepping into a fairy tale. Relaxed with coffee at 【Capitola Village】 ☕️, a colorful seaside town like a spilled palette 🎨. Night campsite nestled in the forest, under the vast Northern Hemisphere stars 🌠. D4 Half Moon Bay Highlight: 【Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk】 🎡!
