Canβt Wait to Return to NOLA! π
Our recent stay was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the exceptionally friendly and professional staff across all departments! From the moment we arrived, the bellman kindly helped us with our luggage , and the facilities team promptly delivered everything we requested β a dog bowl , extra pillows ποΈ, a microwave β, a coffee maker, and additional bottled water π§. Talk about efficiency! The hotel and our room were spotlessly clean Although Iβd asked in advance for a carpet-free room due to allergies, none were available. But the staff went above and beyond β they offered to deep-clean the carpet and replace the AC filter just for us! π¬οΈπΈ Thatβs what I call thoughtful service. Our one-bedroom suite was quiet and cozy, featuring a super comfortable bed with fluffy yet supportive pillows β we slept like babies every night! π€π The bathroom products smelled amazing , and the walk-in shower had great water pressure , even though it occasionally rattled and shook (a bit noisy but still functional! π ). We also loved that the hotel is incredibly pet-friendly! Our little pup received so much attention at the wine reception in the lobby π·πΎ β it made her feel so special! Thereβs still so much to explore: we only had time for one breakfast at King Brasserie during our two-night stay , and we didnβt get to try the fitness center πͺ.
