🌮 Can't Spell "Taco" Right, But They Sure Make 'Em Right!

Pete might have spelled taco as T-A-K-O 😅, but what the place lacks in spelling, they more than make up for with their cooking! Mexican food along the River Walk can get pricey 💸, so we headed a bit north of the area for lunch — and it was totally worth it! We three enjoyed a hearty lunch, and with tip, it came out to under $50 🎉💵. We started with chips and salsa — fresh and tasty! I had a generous plate of shrimp enchiladas with guacamole, rice, and beans 🍤🌯. Son #1 went for beef fajitas with the same two sides 🥩🔥, and Son #2 devoured three hefty tacos: one carne asada, one chicken, and one bean & cheese — plus three drinks 🥤👦. All the plates were seriously delicious, though they could’ve been a bit warmer ❄️ (it was a cool, windy day, so that might’ve played a part).
