Can't Spell Taco Right, But They Sure Cook It Right! 😂🌮

Pete spelled taco as T-A-K-O, but what they lack in spelling, they more than make up for in cooking! Mexican food along the River Walk can get pricey, so we headed a little north of the area for lunch. The three of us enjoyed a hearty meal and got out for under $50 including tip! We started with chips and salsa, then I had a big plate of shrimp enchiladas with guacamole, rice, and refried beans. Son #1 went for beef fajitas with the same two sides, and Son #2 had three generous tacos — carne asada, chicken, and bean & cheese — plus three drinks. 🍤🌯🧀 All the plates were really good, though they could’ve been a bit hotter (it was a cool, windy day, which might’ve affected that).
