Can we seriously not open a branch downstairs from my place? 🏠🌟

I've had this place on my radar for ages, but it's located in West Hollywood, which is just too far from me. As soon as I had some free time, I immediately made plans with friends to go and eat there! 🍲 Uni&Toro Bowl⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It's more like Roe Toro Bowl than Uni Toro Bowl. A bowl that gathers all kinds of roe 😂😂😂 The sea urchin is visibly fresh and very sweet. The tuna belly, made into a paste, melts in your mouth. The rice is seasoned just right. Rolled up with nori and all the ingredients in one bite, it's so fresh it could make your eyebrows fall off. It's a pity that the top gold leaf is black flying fish roe. If they used sturgeon caviar (Caviar), it would feel more luxurious and taste better. 🦐 Sweet Shrimp&Salmon Belly Sashimi⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The sweet shrimp and salmon belly are both very fresh! I regret not ordering two portions 🥹 The sweet shrimp has a sticky and glutinous texture, complemented by crispy fish roe. The salmon belly is rich and soft, enhanced by black truffle for an even better aroma! 🍣 Sushi 10 pcs Omakase⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💫 10 different sushi pieces, and I love that they included two pieces with sea urchin. I'm happy that the fish is very fresh overall! Just some of the rice was a bit loose and not tightly formed. 🍝 Uni Udon Pasta⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Does anyone understand the appeal of this sea urchin udon pasta to someone who loves sea urchin, cheese, creamy pasta, and udon all at once?! I'd come back N times just for this sea urchin udon! 🍢 Kushiyaki⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, the yakitori is at an 80-85 level, which is pretty good but not particularly astonishing. But I'd give the chicken skin skewer a 95!!! I don't know if anyone feels the same way, but many izakayas' chicken skin skewers are either too dry like eating paper or too soft and not fragrant enough. Here, the chicken skin is both crispy and glutinous, the king of grilled chicken skin! 🥣 Miso Soup⭐️⭐️ I'll save the one I don't like for last. It's too salty for my taste, so no thanks 🙅🏻‍♀️ So much so that I didn't even take a photo. #LosAngelesExplore #LosAngelesFun #JapaneseCuisine #Izakaya #LosAngeles #LALife #LosAngelesFood #LosAngelesJapanese #LosAngelesIzakaya
