It's Quetzal! Finally got to try this Michelin-hyped restaurant that everyone’s been raving about! And honestly, it totally lives up to the hype. 🌟 NEWFOUNDLAND SCALLOPS: Grilled scallops with green garlic butter—so fragrant and absolutely delicious. 🍴💛 MUSHROOM & SHISHITO: Grilled mushrooms! 🍄 These little mushroom caps are a must-try! Super savory, especially when wrapped in the pork and eaten with the tortilla—such a perfect combo! PORK SECRETO AL PASTOR: Grilled pork neck! 🐖 This pork neck was insanely tender and flavorful! The grilled pineapple on the side was super sweet and paired perfectly with the pork. But I kind of wanted a little chili powder to dip it in! Haha 😜 WHOLE SEABREAM: Hands down the best dish of the night! 🐟 The fish was grilled to perfection—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The sauce had a tangy note that perfectly balanced the richness of the fish. Absolutely delicious! COCONUT NICUATOLE: This dessert was heavenly! No wonder it’s viral everywhere! 🌴🥥 It's coconut cream paired with pink pineapple—so gorgeous and so tasty! The cream was just right—not too sweet, not too heavy, perfectly balanced. And the pineapple? Super sweet! This is a must after your meal! SORRY HEATHER: This drink had a bit of a “sorry” taste, just like its name. Not the best, haha. 😅 But it’s one of the most recommended by the staff, and I saw a lot of people ordering it!
