⭐ Caviar Russe: New York's One-Michelin-Star Caviar Specialist 🌟

Today was the day I got so full of caviar that I never want to eat it again. Two of us spent $1200! 😂 ❤❤❤ $425/person We tried a spoonful of each type of caviar, but to be honest, my untrained palate couldn't tell the difference. The accompanying sauces, bread, and potatoes were quite delicious, though. So in the future, I'll just go for the cheapest caviar option! 🍔 ❤❤❤❤❤ Cornet: Scallop ($35) Two pieces of scallop that were perfectly cooked and not salty at all. In contrast, there was another dish that was super salty—I can't remember which one it was. 🦪 ❤❤ Crustaceans: Lobster Tail A bit salty, but once you dipped it in the lobster sauce, the saltiness disappeared. It was a magical transformation, and the flavor was incredibly fresh and delicious! 🦞 ❤❤ Crustaceans: Stone Crab Still quite salty and pretty average. 🦀 ❤ Smoked Salmon ($60) So salty that I couldn't even finish a bite. Fortunately, they were nice enough to refund me. Good service! 🐟 ❤❤❤❤❤ Foie Gras Torchon ($45) The only dish that truly impressed me! This French-style cold foie gras, served with soft, warm bread, was absolutely divine. The texture was incredibly smooth, like a mousse—it was the only dish I'd happily eat again. 🦆 Restaurant Name: Caviar Russe Address: 538 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10022 #FoodEmpowersMe #NewYork #Michelin #Caviar 🌟
