Celebrated an Amazing Birthday at Le Grand Véfour in Paris 🎉🍽️

Since 1784, this century-old gem is hidden in the Palais Royal. 🏰 I made a reservation on the official website about half a month in advance, and a Visa card is required as a guarantee. If you don't show up, they will charge 80€ per person!! 💳 For lunch, there's a set menu to choose from, and we added a few signature dishes. "Lobster" was priced at 99€, and I thought it would be a big seafood dish, so I ordered it. Little did I know, they specialize in exquisite molecular gastronomy. The fine taste was indeed delightful, albeit a bit pricey. Haha! 🦞💸 The final dessert was quite a surprise. It was like a crispy version of meringue with cream and berries as decoration.
