Restaurant: 8East Address: 8 Fremont St, Las Vegas, NV 89101 Tried this spot based on a recommendation—and it did not disappoint! 🎯 The food was seriously delicious, so I’d definitely suggest giving it a try if you’re in Vegas! 👏 We ordered 5 dishes for two people—just the right amount, and every single one was a hit! 💥 The price felt reasonable too: $92.12 before tip. 🍚 Brisket Fried Rice – So good, even when it cooled down! 🍄 Butter Mushrooms – Best eaten hot; gets a bit heavy when cold. 🍖 Cumin Lamb Lollipops – Super tender and flavorful! 🍜 8East Ramen – The broth was amazing! 🍗 Popcorn Chicken Skin – Crispy and addictive! I’ve included a pic of the menu too! 📋 Heads up: When you come from the parking garage, staff will check your ID in the hallway—since it’s inside a casino, you gotta be 21+ to enter. 🆔 Just walk all the way down the hall, turn left, and you’ll find the restaurant!
